1. FinBuddy Subscription

Access to the FinBuddy online platform is available on a monthly subscription, ranging from R99 to R125 per month (South African Rand), depending on the service tier you select. Full tier details are set out at sign-up. There is no fixed contract term, and your subscription can be cancelled at any time (see our Cancellation Policy).

 

2. Directly-Provided Services

Certain services — such as assistance with judgment removals or credit record correction — are provided directly by FinBuddy and quoted individually, since the cost of each depends on the complexity of your specific case. A written quote in Rand is provided and must be agreed with you before any work begins. Our Return / Refund Policy explains how cancellation is handled if you decide not to proceed after work has started.

 

3. Referred Products and Services

Where FinBuddy refers you to a BuddyCentral Group company or an external partner for a product such as a loan, insurance policy, vehicle warranty, or debt counselling service, that product is priced and sold directly by that provider, not by FinBuddy. Pricing for those products is disclosed to you by the relevant provider, in Rand, before you commit to the product.
