FinBuddy (“FinBuddy”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is a financial wellness platform operated by FinBuddy Financial Wellness BC (Pty) Ltd (registration number 2003/003425/07), forming part of the BuddyCentral Group. FinBuddy is not a credit provider, a credit bureau, or a credit bureau reseller. FinBuddy connects users to financial products and services — including credit and debt solutions, loans and debt consolidation, insurance, employee benefits, business solutions, and money management tools — which are provided by BuddyCentral Group companies and vetted external partners registered as required by the National Credit Regulator (NCR), the National Credit Act (NCA), or the Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA).

2. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing or using finbuddy.co.za, registering for an account, or requesting any FinBuddy service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and by FinBuddy’s Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.

3. Nature of Our Service

FinBuddy acts as a referral and financial wellness platform. Where FinBuddy refers you to, or facilitates your engagement with, a BuddyCentral Group company or an external partner (for example, for a loan, insurance product, credit report, or debt counselling service), that specific product or service is governed by the separate terms and conditions, and provided by the specific regulated entity, of that BuddyCentral Group company or partner. Those entities’ details and licence numbers are provided to you as part of applying for the relevant product or service.

4. Registration and Account Use

Certain FinBuddy tools require you to register an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate, current and complete information when registering.

5. Use of the Website

You agree to use finbuddy.co.za only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of, this site by any third party.
